Make Changes to Your Membership Record

Update Individual or Student Membership Record
If you would like to update your current individual or student membership record, please complete and submit our UAA Membership Record Change Request Form. Acceptable updates include name, mailing address, job, job title, email address, and phone number.  If you wish to change your category of membership (e.g., from individual to institutional), please contact us at for assistance.

Update Institutional Membership Record
If you are the current Institutional Member representative and would like to make changes to your institutional membership record, please contact us at for assistance.
