The New School’s graduate program in Urban Policy Analysis and Management celebrated the 40th anniversary of its first graduating class on June 8th with an alumni reunion. The event honored the service and contributions of Peter Eisinger and Susan Morris, both of whom retired at the end of past academic year.
A political scientist specializing in urban issues, Peter Eisinger came to the New School in 2006 as the Henry Cohen Professor. He had previously taught at Wayne State University and at the University of Wisconsin. Sue Morris served for many years as Associate Dean of Students at the New School. She was also active in the Urban Affairs Association during its formative years. Both will be greatly missed.
