The Saint Anselm College Center for Ethics in Business and Governance invites proposals for research papers on topics related to the ethics, politics, or economics of zoning and other regulations affecting the supply of homes, to be presented at a small conference for scholars at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire Friday June 12, 2020 to Sunday June 14, 2020.

In addition to theoretical or hypothesis-testing papers, we also invite proposals for better measurement of zoning regimes. All research papers will receive thorough commentary from at least two discussants. By submitting a proposal, you are also agreeing to serve as discussant on one other paper.

Authors of selected proposals from North America will receive an honorarium of $1,250, and authors of selected proposals from the rest of the world will receive an honorarium of $2,000. In addition, all conference meals and lodging will be provided. Presenters traveling to the conference will be responsible for arranging their own travel. Please submit a two-paragraph research proposal containing your research question, a sketch of the main thesis or hypothesis to be explored, and a brief description of the methods to be used to Jason Sorens at jsorens@anselm.edu by November 15, 2019.
