The UAA Executive Director has recommended to the Governing Board that all preliminary activities (e.g., abstract submission) related to our annual spring conference be postponed until December 2020. The Governing Board has accepted and unanimously approved this recommendation. The Executive Director will submit a new recommendation to the Governing Board in late November regarding the conference. We will communicate the new Board decisions in early December.
Marketing of the conference as well as abstract/proposal submission are all delayed until further notice.
In the interim, UAA is developing a set of online activities that will address topics of interest and concern to our community based on the recent UAA Community Survey and focus group discussions. Our intent is to initiate the first of these activities in early October. You will receive emails about these opportunities.
