Registration deadline for presenters: 1/26/23

The registration deadline for ALL conference presenters and moderators is Thursday, January 26, 2023.

Pro Tip:
Waiting to register makes you vulnerable to unexpected life events or plain forgetfulness. If you miss the deadline (regardless of the reason…..yes, seriously), your name is removed from the program! UAA has a reputation for strict enforcement of deadlines.

1. Register

Visit the Registration Rates page to view the registration options and to access the link to the UAA conference registration system.
Register by Thursday, January 26, 2023 (11:59pm CST).
No Exception Warning: If you fail to register by the registration deadline, you will not be included in the conference program. There are no exceptions to this registration deadline.
Registration Confirmation: Once you have paid your registration fees, you will receive a confirmation message. This message means that your name/presentation will be included in the program. If you have not received your confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder. Contact reg@uaamail.org, if you have any questions.
Program Listing Reminder: The UAA online program will be published by Tuesday, February 28. Once the online program is launched, you can verify your listing.
Are you waiting to hear about a funding or visa decision? Do not let the registration deadline pass without making your payment. You should register now and pay your fees. If your funding or visa application is denied at a later date, we will be happy to fully refund your registration payment.

2. Formally withdraw if your plans have changed. (5-minute process)
