UAA is pleased to provide the following spaces and services during the conference:
All UAA meal events provide food options to meet a variety of dietary needs. Food items that are vegan, vegetarian and/or gluten-free will be labeled accordingly.
UAA is pleased to provide seating in Broadway Ballroom 3 (one floor below lobby level) for those wanting a quiet place to rest and/or work. The room is not equipped as an office, so users will need to bring any work items they need. The hotel has a Business Center with computers and printers. FedEx is also located in the conference hotel and provides copy services. Fortunately there are open seating areas throughout the hotel property.
The hotel has two gender-neutral restrooms on Meeting Level 1 (one floor below lobby).
For parents seeking child care during the conference, we have received a reference from the hotel for local babysitting services: Nannies of Brentwood. UAA does not yet have the resources to provide child care onsite and to assume the liabilities mandated by our insurer.
The hotel has provided Room Berry Hill (two floors below lobby level) for private prayer during the hours of 7:30am–5:30pm each day. Check instructions near the door of the room to gain access.
UPDATED: We are working on a new plan for attendees who indicated they need access to a lactation room. UAA will reach out to you individually to share the new location and access instructions.
