STEP 4: PREPARE FOR THE CONFERENCE

PRESENTERS:

Make final abstract edits by March 13.
Submit your paper to your moderator by April 1.
Review the descriptions of the sessions types. Refresh your memory about how much time each presenter has, the role of the moderator, poster guidelines, and the AV setup.
Bookmark the online program or print out a PDF of the program to plan your activities on the plane ride, train, etc.
