Modify Abstract or Proposal

  • Change Presenter: After review decisions are announced, presenter changes can only be made by UAA. To request a presenter change, complete our contact form. Please remember that UAA has a one-session policy that limits paper presenters’, speakers’, and moderators’ participation to one session. 
     
  • Edit Abstract Text and/or Author/Speaker Information: Login to our conference management system and follow on-screen instructions on editing your abstract or author/speaker info.

Withdraw Participation

  • Withdraw Presentation. To withdraw your presentation and/or withdraw from the conference, please complete our Withdrawal Form.

  • Request Refund (if applicable). If you have registered for the conference, please see our refund policy.You may only use our Withdrawal Form to request a refund.
