Your Presentation Date (April 27 or 28)

Presentations of registered presenters will be scheduled on either Thursday, April 27 or Friday, April 28, 2023. Your exact presentation date and time will be available on February 28, which is the online program launch date.

Worried about securing a reservation at the conference hotel? If you make a hotel reservation now, you can adjust that reservation as long as you do so according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Important Presenter Dates/Deadlines
  • January 26, 2023Registration deadline for all accepted presenters & moderators
  • February 28, 2023 – Presentation dates and times for all presenters and moderators announced
  • March 15, 2023 – Registration refund deadline (Admin fee: $140 – non-students; $70-students)
  • March 20, 2023 – Moderator info sent to conference participants
  • April 1, 2023 – Submit paper to session moderator (paper panelists only)
  • April 4, 2023 – Last day of meal & event ticket sales
  • April 11, 2023 – Final day for ticket purchase refunds
Paper Guidelines
  • Are there formatting requirements for the paper?
  • Do I need to submit my final paper before the conference? If so, when?
    • Final papers must be submitted to the moderator of each paper panel prior by April 1, 2023.
    • The e-mail address for each moderator will be provided to panelists on March 20, 2023.
Poster Guidelines
Communicating with Your Moderator
  • March 20, 2023 – Moderator names and contact information will be sent to all presenters by email.
  • April 1, 2023 – Presenters must submit their final paper to their moderator.
A/V Setup in the Session Rooms 

Each conference session room is equipped with a laptop, screen and LCD projector. If you wish to use PowerPoint for your presentation, please save your file to a portable USB flash drive. If you are building your slides on a Mac computer, please convert your file to Microsoft PowerPoint and save to your flash drive.

Traditional overhead and slide projectors are not provided.

We ask all presenters to avoid using their own computers for ease and efficiency in transitions between presenters in sessions. Delays in connecting computers reduce the amount of time for presentations and discussions.

Internet

Internet will be available in the Renaissance Hotel meeting and lodging rooms.

Pre-Presentation Set-Up

Presenters are encouraged to arrive a few minutes prior to their session in order to test their presentation. Audio-visual technical assistants will be on call to provide any necessary support.
