Accepted to present at the conference? You MUST register by January 15, 2019 (11:59pm CST).
All other attendees may register at any time up until April 27, 2019.

Registration Categories & Rates

WARNING: Once you have paid for a particular registration category, you cannot change to a different category. For example, if you purchase a Comprehensive Registration, you cannot change to Basic Registration and receive a refund of the price difference. If you purchase a Basic Registration and wish to have access to meals and receptions, you must purchase tickets separately. See ticket prices below.

Registration Waiver (for Local Practitioners ONLY)

Local practitioners listed on the program, are eligible for a Local Registration waiver. Requests for waivers from local practitioners who are participating as program presenters should be sent to reg@uaamail.org. Requests should include the relevant session title, and the presenter’s contact information.

 

Meal/Reception Ticket Prices

(All prices are in U.S. dollars)

Important Note:

  1. Comprehensive Registrants: All meals/receptions are included. However, you may wish to buy tickets for your guest(s).
  2. Basic Registrants: If you wish to attend any meals or receptions, you may purchase tickets for these events.

Opening Reception Dinner — $125
Breakfast (Thursday or Friday or Saturday) — $40
Lunch (Thursday Lunch & Friday Awards Luncheon) — $50
Networking Reception (Thursday or Friday) — $35

Payment

Reminder: Only credit card payment will be accepted.
Exception: Institutional check payments covering 3 or more registrants. Such payments must be pre-approved by the UAA Executive Office. A processing fee of $75 per check will be added to each invoice paid by institutional check. Prior approval for institutional check payments must be requested at reg@uaamail.org.
