Registration Policies

  1. Have you been accepted to participate in a conference session or workshop? You MUST register by December 13, 2019 (11:59 pm CST) to finalize your placement on the program. 
  2. Attendees who are not on the conference program may register at any time up until April 4, 2020. 
  3. UAA membership is not required to participate in the conference, however UAA members do receive a registration discount. To become a UAA member, click here
  4. WARNING: Once you have paid for a particular registration category, you cannot change to a different category. For example, if you purchase a Regular registration, you cannot change to a Basic registration and receive a refund of the price difference. 

Registration Categories & Rates

There are two general types of registration: Regular and Basic. Regular registration includes buffet breakfasts, coffee breaks, and afternoon networking receptions. Basic registration covers only coffee breaks. See details in table below.

NEW: All registrants wishing to attend the Opening Reception or conference lunches must purchase tickets for these events. Tickets for these events can be purchased during the online registration process, however tickets purchased after registration may be limited due to space constraints. 

IMPORTANT: All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Beginning December 14, 2019, all rates will increase by $50.

Registration Waiver (for Local Practitioners ONLY)

Local practitioners listed on the program, are eligible for a Basic Local Registration waiver. Requests for waivers from local practitioners who are participating as program presenters should be sent to reg@uaamail.org. Requests should include the relevant session title, and the presenter’s professional title, organization/institution/agency name, and contact information (email and phone).

 

Meal/Reception Ticket Prices

Opening Reception Dinner — $125
Breakfast (Friday or Saturday) — $45
Lunch (Friday) — $50
Lunch (Saturday Awards Luncheon) – $60
Networking Reception (Friday or Saturday) — $40

Payment

Reminder: Only credit card payment will be accepted.
Exception: Institutional check payments covering 3 or more registrants. Such payments must be pre-approved by the UAA Executive Office. A processing fee of $75 per check will be added to each invoice paid by institutional check. Prior approval for institutional check payments must be requested at reg@uaamail.org.
