Withdraw Your Paper/Poster/Presentation
Due to the volume of email we receive, we ask that you DO NOT use email to withdraw from the conference. Withdrawal notifications must be done via our Online Withdrawal Submission Form (see below). If you have registered for the conference, please see refund policy.
After March 15, 2019
- Online Program: Only withdrawals requests will be made. No other changes will be made.
- Printed Program: No changes of any kind will be made.
We will do our best to process any withdrawals after this date, but we cannot guarantee that subsequent versions of the program will reflect all changes. Once the program is sent to the printer, no changes will be made to the printed program text.
If a withdrawal occurs within 72 hours of a scheduled conference session, we cannot guarantee that the session participants will be informed. UAA staff will send email messages to session moderators to alert them to last-minute withdrawals. However, some moderators are traveling or are “off-line” during the conference and do not always open these messages prior to their session. You are encouraged to reach out to your moderator as soon as you suspect that you will not attend the conference.
