Withdraw Your Paper/Poster/Presentation
Due to the volume of email we receive, we ask that you DO NOT use email to withdraw from the conference. Withdrawals can be made via the conference management system. If you have registered for the conference, please see refund policy.
After March 2, 2020
- Printed Program: No changes of any kind will be made.
If a withdrawal occurs within 72 hours of a scheduled conference session, we cannot guarantee that the session participants will be informed. UAA staff will send email messages to session moderators to alert them to last-minute withdrawals. However, some moderators are traveling or are “off-line” during the conference and do not always open these messages prior to their session. You are encouraged to reach out to your moderator as soon as you suspect that you will not attend the conference.
