Letter of Invitation

This document can be requested during the conference registration process.

It will be provided only to persons who:

  1. Have received a formal acceptance notice AND
  2. Have paid their conference registration fees

Note About Co-Authors:
Co-authors who plan to attend and have completed their conference registration may also request a Letter of Invitation via the registration form.

Travel Funds

The UAA does not have travel support funds.

Certified Letter of Attendance

This document can be requested during the conference registration process.

If you are an accepted conference presenter (i.e., you were formally notified by the UAA Executive Office that your proposal was accepted) you may register for the conference and request a Certified Letter of Attendance through the registration form.

Certified letters are only provided to those who have checked-in to the conference event. After the conference ends, UAA conference staff will verify your attendance.

  • May 2, 2026 – If you requested a letter prior to the early request deadline, a PDF of the letter will be emailed to you on Saturday, May 2.
  • May 16, 2026 – If you requested a letter AFTER the early request deadline, a PDF of the letter will be emailed to you on Saturday, May 16.
