EXCITING NEWS: The registration rates for 2025 are the same as 2024.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES: access to all concurrent sessions, plenary sessions, awards program, Thursday coffee breaks, Friday coffee breaks, wi-fi access (suitable for email & conference app), audio-visual services for powerpoint slide shows, name badge, printed program, mobile app, and discounted hotel rates.

  • All networking receptions require a ticket purchase.
  • If you wish to purchase a ticket after completing your registration fee payment, simply re-enter your registration form, cursor through the pages until you arrive at the Tickets page, choose your desired reception ticket(s), then complete an additional transaction/purchase. Tickets may be purchased up until April 1 or while supplies last.
  • A limited number of tickets (at higher prices) have been reserved for new registrations occurring 4/2/25-4/19/25. These individuals should register for the conference and then email support@uaamail.org.

About Reception Prices

Why are receptions priced as they are? Firstly, we do not use trimmed down menus. We provide free drinks and nice snacks at receptions.

Secondly, the ticket prices reflect the cost of a hotel-catered event. Such events have a pricing structure (familiar to wedding planners) that is completely different from a restaurant or take-out food establishment. For example, a typical Conference breakfast buffet catered by the hotel has a base cost between $45 and $55 USD. In cities like New York and San Francisco, this price may approach $70 USD! Shockingly, these prices do not include 24-26% service charges and 6-15% taxes. The service charges and taxes can add another $14-$25 USD to the base price. We only charge attendees the base cost of the . Bottom line: UAA subsidizes each event.

Reception events at the conference are prime opportunities to network with colleagues.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICIES

Registration & Ticket Refund Policy – Due to financial commitments (e.g., guarantees of a certain number of attendees, transportation contractual arrangements) that UAA must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund your fees after a certain date.

  •   February 14, 2025 = Registration refund deadline
    This is the last day to request a registration refund minus the applicable administrative processing fee (Administrative fee: $200 USD for non-students; $100 USD for students).
  •   February 15, 2025 and later = No Registration Refunds Granted
  •   April 1, 2025 = Ticket refund deadline
    This is the last day to request a ticket refund minus a 20% administrative processing fee.
  •   April 2, 2025 and later = No Ticket Refunds Granted

 

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICIES

February 14, 2025 – Last day to request conference registration refund (Administrative fee: $200 for non-students; $100 for students)
April 18, 2025 – Registration deadline for attendees not on the official program.

  • Membership in UAA/ENHR/EURA/ISA is not required to register for and attend the conference. However, members do receive a registration discount.
  • Local practitioners who are participating as program presenters are eligible for a registration waiver. Use the Local Practitioner Waiver Request Form to request a waiver.
  • Accepted forms of payment – only online credit card payments will be accepted with one exception.
    • Exception: Institutional check payments from a U.S. bank for 3 or more registrants.
      • Prior approval for institutional check payments must be requested at support@uaamail.org.
      • A processing fee of $175.00 will be added to each invoice paid by institutional check. This fee covers the additional staff time and accounting required to process check payment.

TICKET SALES POLICIES

March 10, 2025 – Last day of ticket sales
April 1, 2025 – Last day to request a ticket refund (minus a 20% administrative fee)

  • Reception tickets can only be purchased by a person who is registered for the conference.
  • UAA is required by caterers to “guarantee” a specific number of diners at least 14-21 days in advance of each reception. Once this number is fixed, UAA is financially obligated to pay for this guaranteed number regardless of how many people attend. To meet this requirement and provide an accurate guarantee, ticket sales and ticket refunds will end on April 1, 2025.
  • Some receptions may have space constraints. If the maximum capacity for these events is reached, ticket sales will close before March 10, 2025.
