I will be brief out of respect for your time.

Tomorrow is December 1.

The registration deadline for the International Conference on Urban Affairs is December 6.

Unsolicited advice:

• If your registration is being paid by your employer and requires administrative action, do
  the person who is responsible for the paperwork a favor…..contact them now.
• If you are waiting for a funding decision, proceed to register using your own resources. If you are not able to attend and must withdraw, you will receive a full refund if you can document that you sought funding and was not successful.
• If you simply prefer to wait until the day or evening of the deadline, that is a personal choice that puts you at high risk of losing your conference opportunity if anything goes wrong.

Warning:

At 12:00am Central Time USA on December 7, the conference registration system will close for 72 hours. During this period, we will withdraw the Participation Forms for persons who have failed to register. All registered presenters will advance forward to conference program scheduling.

Take Action:

• REGISTER: Don’t delay, register now
• WITHDRAW: Have your plans changed? Are you no longer able to attend the conference? Please formally withdraw your presentation.
• REMIND YOUR PANELISTS TO REGISTER: Did you organize a session? Contact your panelists and remind them to register.
