+ + + PROMOTING YOUR BOOK AT THE CONFERENCE + + +

There are several opportunities available for book authors who are interested in promoting their forthcoming or recently published (within last two years) books at the conference.

Special Session

Flyers / Handouts

  • A book author may provide a flyer promoting the book for display on our “freebies” table. This is an unstaffed table located in the registration area. There is no fee for this service. The author is responsible for (1) printing the flyers, (2) bringing the flyers to the conference, and (3) placing the flyers on the table.

  • A book author or publisher may have a one-page flyer distributed to all attendees for a fee. The fees are established each year and available for review under Advertising Opportunities.

Please note: Physical book exhibits will not be a part of the 2026 conference.
