We welcome interested organizations and institutions to explore the variety of conference sponsorship options available. Sponsors receive a wide array of special recognition and benefits, which are outlined below. The conference attracts about 1000 attendees each year from organizations and academic institutions throughout the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Advertising may be purchased on its own or in addition to the sponsorship options above. Payments can be made online using a credit card or via an institutional check.
Registration waivers include access to: plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, morning & afternoon coffee breaks, and access to exhibits. Tickets for networking receptions are not included in the registration waiver and can be purchased by individuals during the registration process.
Under the U.S. tax policies for charitable giving, UAA is a tax-exempt organization that can accept donations and grants that can provide tax-deductibility at the 50% level. Please see the IRS formal guidelines for details.
