UAA is planning an in-person event in April. We understand that at this stage in the pandemic, potential participants may be concerned about safety, and/or restricted in their travel. For now, our operating assumption is that circumstances will improve by March in time for a conference that would employ safety COVID protocols.
If our assumption about the pandemic is proven incorrect, UAA will offer an alternative form of participation for all accepted presenters. The specific nature of the alternative conference will be determined in March when more information is known.
In the interim, we encourage all accepted presenters to register by the established registration deadline of February 15.
If the conference is cancelled and no alternative event is provided, UAA will refund registration payments fully or provide the option to apply such payments to future events.
