DEADLINE FOR REQUESTS
Requests must be submitted March 1, 2025, to give UAA staff time to review all requests and make appropriate accommodations (ex: establish contracts with third party interpreters and captioners).
DISCLAIMERS
Only requests submitted by people who are registered for the conference by March 1, 2025, will be considered.
Requests for accommodations by presenters/moderators for a session in which they are participating are prioritized.
All requests are subject to budget availability. Certain services may require payment by the attendee.
