Warning:
UAA strictly enforces conference deadlines.
If you postpone registering, forget the deadline, or encounter a problem during the last day or hour of registration, you will lose your opportunity to participate.

OPTION 1: REGISTER

Visit the Registration Rates page to view the registration options and to access the link to the UAA conference registration system.
Register by Wednesday, December 4, 2024 (11:59pm CST).
No Exception Warning: If you fail to register by the registration deadline, you will not be included in the conference program. There are no exceptions to this registration deadline.
Registration Confirmation: Once you have paid your registration fees, you will receive a confirmation message. This message means that your name/presentation will be included in the program. If you have not received your confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder. Contact support@uaamail.org, if you have any questions.
Program Listing Reminder: The UAA online program will be published by Tuesday, January 28. Once the online program is launched, you can verify your listing.
Are you waiting to hear about a funding or visa decision? Do not let the registration deadline pass without making your payment. You should register now and pay your fees. If your funding or visa application is denied at a later date, we will be happy to fully refund your registration payment.

OPTION 2: FORMALLY WITHDRAW IF YOUR PLANS HAVE CHANGED

This is a much-appreciated professional courtesy that helps the UAA staff to create an accurate conference program.

Withdraw from conference: Login to the conference management system, then cursor down to the section titled “2025 Conference Participation” and follow the on-screen instructions for withdrawing your participation.
